We established Bridgewater Senior Home Care because of our own personal experience with finding care for our elderly family member. We understand how important it is to be able to find someone you can trust and rely on when you need it the most. Bridgewater Senior Home Care is able to offer adults and seniors a truly compassionate and dependable service to help maintain their independence as long as possible.
If and when the time comes for you to think about independent senior living, assisted living, skilled care or memory care, our senior placement services help you make informed decisions. We do all the research and legwork, performing a needs assessment and selecting the best fit. We schedule tours, and even go on them with you if allowed.

Home Care With Low Minimum
We have a low minimum on the hours for which we can provide service. We offer everything from 4-hour visits to 24-hour care (minimum 12 hours per week). We recognize that quality home care sometimes has different time requirements and we take great pride in offering, flexible, high level service to accommodate all of our clients needs.

Online Home Care Report
We offer our clients families an online account to log into, so that they may access their loved ones care report for each visit.
Senior Placement for $0
At no direct cost to the family (our fee is covered by senior living facilities) we do all the legwork, from researching places and reviewing their state certifications, to touring them. Budget is a significant consideration, and we help families look at their situation in an big-picture capacity. What looks like the best place in the short-term might not be beneficial in the long-term. We manage expectations and recommend a facility that can care for a loved one comfortably for the rest of their life.
Full Service Coordination
Outside of the Home Care Services offered, we can also help coordinate other services such as financial, skilled nursing, medical home care, lawn care, snow removal, etc.

Takeeya has worked as a paraprofessional, health aide and pharmacy technician but she loves to cook. Her dream is to open a food truck or a soul food restaurant. She has three children and one grandchild and adores her family. Her favorite thing about being a caregiver is the ability to help others. She thinks the keys to success are believing in yourself, having a positive attitude and staying focused. Takeeya is a huge asset to Bridgewater and her clients speak very highly of her. One thing for sure, they love her cooking!

Electa has been a part of the Bridgewater family since 2016. She is an STNA and has worked in this field for 28 years. As a child, she helped care for her grandparents and that's where her love of caregiving started. She is the mom of one son and an aunt to a slew of nieces and nephews. Electa works full time in Behavior Health with Veterans Affairs and is currently a PRN caregiver with Bridgewater. She has been a member of The International Masons and Order of the Eastern Star since 2001, she loves to volunteer and give back to her community and her personal passions are cooking, baking, playing cards, knitting and shopping.

Heaven
Heaven has been with Bridgewater since 2019. In the past, she has held other various jobs including the excitement of working on an excursion ship. Heaven is a mom to one daughter but has many godchildren and nieces and nephews. She loves to cook, travel, spend time with family, try new foods and activities. Recently she went skydiving, which she loved! Her true passion is being a caregiver so she can ensure clients are getting the best possible care. She loves making a change in people's everyday life.

Autumn
Autumn has been with Bridgewater for a few years but has been a caregiver for almost 50 years in total. She is the mother to two adult children, a son and daughter, and has three adult grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Autumn is a very fun-loving person who loves to cook out and host holiday parties. She is a devout Christian and spends alot of time in church or attending church events. Her clients adore her and we are so happy she is a part of our team.

Joann
Joann has been with Bridgewater since the start. For most of her adult life, she has performed caregiver duties, whether at work or in her personal life. Besides being a caregiver, Joann has worked for the Strongsville City Schools for over 18 years. She is a widow with 2 adult children, 2 grandsons and 3 step grandchildren. In her busy schedule, she still finds time to volunteer with Camp Cheerful, which is dear to her heart. Joann said that she learns something new from every client. Her motto is "if you can read or draw a straight line, you can do anything." We love having Joann as a part of our team.
